Patcher bug Empty Patcher bug

I tried to patch the server, first i extracted official patch and then i used that "File Name: Thor AutoPatcher" and it says "Failed to communicate with server" (i deleted server.dat)

or you could upload the client with the patch on other sites too, if i download form mega it freezes on 30-50%
